Q. How often should I use it?
A. It is recommended to use 1 to 2 patches per foot for 3 consecutive days. Then use 1 patch per foot as needed.

Q. What does Neru mean?
A. Neru is short for ?Netterumani? which means while sleeping in Japanese language. Since you use the patches while you are sleeping, hence the name Neru.

Q. Will I experience any side effects?
A. We have not received user complaints of any inverse side effects. The sticker is hypo allergenic, but in the case the sticker does cause irritation, stop use immediately and consult your physician.

Q. How long should it be applied for?
A. It should be applied for a minimum of 5 hours and a maximum of 12 hours. It should be applied before bedtime and used during sleep and taken off when you wake up. Remove patches near sink area.

Q. Why is the patch and my foot sticky?
A. The stickiness is the uric acid, urea, and other toxins that the patch has absorbed to relieve foot and leg pain.

A. If you are a rough sleeper you might want to try adding medical tape or wearing socks to bed.

A. Neru Foot and Leg Patch should never be placed on open wounds or broken skin.

Q. Can I wear the patches during the day time?
A. Yes you can BUT, you might not be comfortable. The patches are designed to be applied at night during your sleeping time. When used during sleep this will optimize the patches full potential.

Q. Why is the patch used at night?
A. When we sleep our body is resting and at that time your body is trying to repair itself from all the stress you put on it during the day. When you are in that relaxed state the patches will be more effective.
